"The Bargain is my attempt to send out an homage to the Spaghetti Western. When I was in a heavy discussion on wanting to make a short film with Dalton Potter, the writer who inspired the story, we were trying to find a new way to bridge genres with something older than the Western but talk about consequential responsibility. Like I have said before, film, television, and written media have for- gotten about responsibility. We made a fable inside of the confines of the Western genre. We will wrap up principle photography in June, clean up the work and add post production elements  subsequently, and expect this short to compete in film festivals throughout the country starting in 2015."
